Teal began her journey in healing arts in 2001. Receiving her training in Massage Therapy at The Center for Natural Wellness in New York, she embraces the art of massage with an open mind and a giving heart. She is passionate about educating her clients and empowering them to take control of their own health and well-being. By tailoring her therapies to each individual's needs, she stays focused on healing the root of the injury or illness.
Being in this profession for over 17 years, it has reinforced her belief of the importance of leading a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. She is always expanding her knowledge through continuing education and offers a variety of therapies including Massage Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral & Reiki Sessions.
